"El Nacional" Production and Marketing






















Marketing Dynamics has been selected to market and assist with the production of "El Nacional" that begins shooting in Houston in February. A moviemaking opportunity party has been planned for 1/25, hosted by Tejas Office Products, Inc. welcoming many in the media and business leadership to support the movie. The movie plans to show screenings this summer and appear at Sundance in 2009 along with other premiere festivals.

Marketing Dynamics is also working on the following movies:

"A Natural Man", a movie celebrating the life of legendary entertainer Lou Rawls

"The Day the Music Died", the story of the life of the "Big Bopper" - planned release 2/3/2009 (the 50th anniversary of the plane crash that took the life of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and "The Big Bopper" J.P. Richardson, Sr.)

"School of Redemption", a 5 Dove Award screen play to be shot in Austin, May of 2008.

"The Giver" written by one of the original founders of HBO Comic Relief, Mario Bernheim.

Helloo Baby! "The Day the Music Died" to be Shot in Houston

It's official! The press release went out on Monday. Marketing Dynamics is assisting with the production of this larger than life figure and a look into Americana! The Big Bopper is a name we will all remember and J.P. Richards, Jr. will do his part to tell his father's story. The 50th anniversy of the dreadful plane crash is February 3, 2009. The movie makers hope to have the final cut in theatres to commemorate a story that deserves to be told. Get caught up in The VORTEX!

"Bye, Bye Mrs. America Pie" - Tribute Video

Fellow Houston Business Hour advisor Jim O'Neill, President, of Lonestar Sound and Pictures creates a tribute video of the dynamic Trio "Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and The Big Bopper" and the rest of the meaning behind the "American Pie" song by Don McLean. Since posting in January of this year, Jim has had over 800,000 downloads!
